Terms of Services

By using the GeoInTime mobile app, web application, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These Terms may change without prior notice and apply to new features that enhance or improve the Service. The most recent version is available on the GeoInTime website.

Accounts may be terminated for violations of these Terms. Use of the Service is at the user’s own risk.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

• To use GeoInTime, you must read and agree to these Terms.
• You must also comply with other terms or directives provided through the GeoInTime website.
• Modifications or improvements to GeoInTime remain subject to these Terms, and continued use constitutes acceptance of future modifications.

Registration

• Customers must provide complete and accurate registration information and update it when required.
• GeoInTime is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of customer data and not trading that data.
• By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have reached the legal age required in your country and are authorized by the company or entity you represent.
• GeoInTime may suspend or cancel accounts containing incorrect or inaccurate information.

Billing

• After the 14-day trial expires, a valid payment method is required to continue using GeoInTime services.
• The Service is non-refundable and invoiced in advance monthly or annually. No refunds or credits are issued for partial billing periods.
• Fees exclude taxes, levies, or duties imposed by authorities, which remain the customer’s responsibility.
• Plan downgrades apply at the end of the current plan and may result in loss of content exceeding the new employee capacity.
• Quota usage applies when a user is invited, created, or imported, whether or not the user logs in. Removed users are not included in quota counts.

Monthly and Yearly Billing Calculation

• Monthly upgrades start a new billing period from the purchase date, without refund for remaining days on the previous plan.
• Yearly upgrades start a new billing period from the purchase date. A discount may apply only when upgrading from one yearly license to another yearly license.

Modifications

• Service prices, including monthly subscription fees, may change with 30 days’ notice through the GeoInTime website or Employer Web Hub.
• GeoInTime is not liable to customers or third parties for modifications, price changes, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

Cancellation

• Customers may cancel subscriptions by contacting support@geointime.com.
• If a subscription is terminated before the end of a monthly or annual billing cycle, cancellation is effective immediately and no further charges will be made.
• Personal information and attendance data are retained according to the Privacy Policy or until the customer’s company requests deletion, whichever occurs first.
• Account deletion may be requested through support@geointime.com. Deleted content is removed from servers and cannot be recovered.

Client Obligations

• Maintain username and password confidentiality.
• Accept responsibility for all use of the account and notify GeoInTime of unauthorized access.
• Pay subscription fees on time using available payment methods.
• GeoInTime is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from failure to maintain account confidentiality.

GeoInTime Obligations

• Provide dashboard login details.
• Provide applicable additional services.
• Send payment invoices by email.
• Develop and improve GeoInTime periodically.
• Process customer-provided personal data according to the Privacy Policy.

Amending the Agreement

• GeoInTime may amend these Terms and will inform customers 30 days before amendments become effective.
• Customers may object within the 30-day period. If no objection is received, the amendment is considered accepted.
• Customers may terminate the agreement according to the termination procedures if they do not accept an amendment.

User Obligations

• Use GeoInTime only for legitimate work purposes.
• Do not use GeoInTime to commit or encourage crimes.
• Do not upload, download, distribute, or use unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, harmful, obscene, or rights-infringing content.
• Do not use GeoInTime in conflict with internet standards or acceptable-use policies.
• Do not introduce or transmit viruses.
• Do not attempt unauthorized login, access, hacking, or interference with GeoInTime.
• Do not use account names or email addresses illegally or in a way that violates privacy or customer rights.

Agreement Duration and Termination

• The agreement becomes effective when the customer completes registration and continues through the applicable registration or contract period unless terminated.
• GeoInTime may terminate or suspend the Service for breach of the agreement, customer bankruptcy, loss of legal eligibility, or non-payment.
• Non-payment for 15 days on monthly subscriptions or 30 days on yearly subscriptions may result in suspension and possible data loss in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
• Customers may terminate following an unresolved data breach subject to the notice and remediation periods described in the Terms.
